We design and produce molds for PC transparent plastic chairs, plastic rattan chairs, PP chairs, and gas-assisted chairs.
Our design, technology and parameters for plastic chair molding are quite mature and perfect, and we know how to manufacture high-quality molds, injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment in a shorter period. When designing mold shapes, we will attach great importance to the following points:
1. The molding of the injection chair should be very easy and flow quickly.
2. Plastic chairs of different materials need to select the appropriate mold steel: P20 is the most common mold steel used for PP chair molds, which can be injected 500K or continuous operation for 2 years; using DIN1.2738 of HRC 33-38, the mold life is 1M or continuous operation for 3 years; 1.2083 Assab S136 ESR Harden 48-52 HRC, very suitable for PC transparent chair mold, mold life can reach at least 5M.
3. The mold parting line should be round and smooth, so that the chair after injection molding will not scratch your hands, so we always pay attention to the injection pressure of the mold and ensure the accuracy of the mold machine tool processing.
4. Control of the wall thickness of the mold: uneven thickness will lead to uneven injection and uneven cooling time, which not only affects the injection speed, but also causes problems such as miniature chairs. If the precision of the machine tool is insufficient, the uniform thickness will not be guaranteed.
5. When designing a plastic chair, we also need to consider its stacking capacity and load-bearing capacity. And it is necessary to prevent the possibility that the designed plastic chair shape is deformed during the injection molding process.
