  • Q1.How long can i get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?

    A: We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.

  • Q2.What products can you offer?

    A: We’re specialized in designing and making auto parts mould, Home appliance mould, Household moulds ,Children products mould .

  • Q3.Do you have some standard parts?

    A: Yes,We use DME ,HASCO,Meusburger and so on .

  • Q4.How about the capacity of your company?

    A: Each year we make more than 600 moulds now.

    And our average annual capacity utilization is 78%, and we can manage five to six major projects at the same time..

  • Q5.How many employees of your company?what about the technicists?

    A: We now have about 70 employees, including 20 engineers and 8 designers .

  • Q6.How to guarantee the quality of your moulds?

    A: Firstly, our moulds are machined by advanced machines to ensure the mould precision and reducing the manual work;

    Secondly, our mould will be checked by CMM machines during tooling, as well as the testing samples, we’ll send CMM report to our customer.

    Thirdly, Our QC will do 100% mould checking before mould delivery

  • Q7.What’s the payment term?

    A: When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB,CIF,CNF,etc. Nomally 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance before shipments. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.

  • Q8.How to deliver the goods to us?

    A: It’s depend on your requirements. Usually we will ship the moulds to customer by sea, because we are in taizhou , near Ningbo, and we are only 200 kilometers away from the Ningbo Port, it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries. Of course, we also ship the moulds by air to customer sometimes when moulds are urgently needed.

  • Q9.Where are your moulds mainly exported to?

    A: Our moulds are mainly exported to over 30 countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, UK, Korea, Australia, Canada and etc. Our clients include many OEM customers who specialize in automobile, truck, household, home appliance and so on, we already have had cooperation with more than 10 of the world’s Top 500 companies .

  • Q10.Will you send your engineers to offer technical support if there’s something wrong with the mould?

    A: We will firstly provide well-grounded solutions in written form or some spare-parts needed to you. If the problem is still far from being addressed, we will then send an engineer with great grasp of English to your company.

  • Q11.How many days will the design of household product take?

    A: It will normally take 2 or 3 days, depending on the complexity of product.

  • Q12. How many days will the design of automotive product take?

    A: It will normally take 5-7 days, depending on what kind of auto parts and the complexity of product.

  • Q13. Do you sell used mould?

    A: We make mould as required by our clients instead of selling used mould.

  • Q14. How can you ensure the confidentiality of all documents involved?

    A: NDA can be drafted and signed by both parties, ensuring the exclusiveness of your documents and leaving no access for other clients.

  • Q15. How long have you been in the injection mould industry?

    A: We started our business in 2012 and have been in the field for 9 years.

  • Q16.How many shifts do you work on?

    A: One shift for assembly workshop, three for the CNC workshop. In case of emergency, overtime work can be arranged.
